Courteous Canine
Angelica was our first video consultation during Covid. I wasn’t sure how much a video conference could help with our dogs’ issues. As soon as we got on line with Angelica, it was obvious that she had been as thorough in reading the questionnaire as we had been in answering it. She asked more questions about our dogs’ behavior, listened to our concerns and offered suggestions on how to resolve the issues we’re having. We also really appreciated the way she explained what could be happening between our dogs. Knowing this has helped us offer our dogs the space they need to be themselves. We enjoyed our virtual training so much that we’re excited to meet with her again in person!
