Courteous Canine, Inc Puppy Kindergarten Group Class

Courteous Canine, Inc.'s Puppy Classes emphasize:

• Aggression prevention
• Socialization to dogs and people
• Play with other dogs
• Interaction with strange people, strange noises, and quick movement
• Preparing puppies for a well-mannered life by exposing them to lots and lots of different stuff in a fun environment for both the puppy and owner.
• Pet obedience covered includes sits, downs, standing for grooming and loose leash walking. Discussions regarding housetraining, reducing mouthing and much, much more!

Owners attending group puppy kindergarten class at Courteous Canine, Inc. will cover:

• Conditioning the clicker
• Name game
• Sit
• Down
• Come
• Leave it
• Stay
• Stand for grooming
• Why clicker training is the most effective way to teach your dog and have a blast while doing it.

During class we will play games like "pass the puppy", "ping pong", "come through a tunnel", and many more which makes the teaching and learning process fun and easy.

What to Bring to Class

Owners are asked to bring a hungry puppy on a leash and buckle collar to all classes. Also please bring some food treats that your puppy likes so much that his/her eyes glaze.

Puppies need to be up to date on vaccinations and proof of vaccination will need to be presented at the first class. Vaccination needs to include Bordatella - this is a vaccine that protects against kennel cough.

Puppy class lasts six weeks, costs $139.00, and is available only to dogs less than six months old.
