PRIVACY POLICY
Courteous Canine takes privacy seriously. Courteous Canine will never rent, sell, or give away its clients information, such as email addresses and online habits, unless directed to by a court of law or by the client.
Courteous Canine will never use any information available about its clients in any manner that would be deemed unethical.
SECURITY POLICY
The security of the information that you provide to us is very important to us. Hence, we have taken several measures to protect your information. All transactions involving sensitive information, such as your credit/debit card number, are conducted using a SSL (Secure Socket Layer protocol) connection. This connection provides increased security to the information as it is transmitted to our website. We will only use your credit/debit card number for the processing of our payment. Other sensitive information that we may collect will not be disclosed to third parties unless we are required to do so by law. In no event will we ever release your credit/debit card or payment information, except as necessary to receive payment.
REFUND POLICY
1. Courteous Canine, Inc. offers a full refund for any group, private, or other training services with two business day notice, minus a ten percent fee, providing we are given 48 hour biz day notice.> without 48 hour biz day notice clients may receive a full credit for the class and transfer to another class with instructor permission.
2. Courteous Canine, Inc. will NOT offer a full refund for group or private instruction cancelled with less than two business days. In cases of emergency clients will receive credit for the group or private instruction missed. No refund will be issued, but you will able to use your credit toward Courteous Canine, Inc. services.
3. Once a client has attended the first session of a group class, NO refunds will be issued. We have held the spot for you and your dog and will not be able to replace you, thus there can be no refund.
4. We advise clients to only sign up for classes that fit their schedules and lifestyle as we will not be able to refund clients who decide to drop out after the first group class or later group classes.
Courteous Canine, Inc. works hard to make the classes fun for both dog and owner. If you are not sure that you want to sign up, we have an open door policy and you are welcome to sit in on one of our many group classes.
